Contest alert! We want to SEE your best SEA related costume! Enter our costume contest inside the activity center and while you're here you can pick up some mining sand and SEE if you can find any SEA treasures!!

Is your Mom special? Come celebrate her in the Activities Center with coffee and cookies! Make a special gift for her to take home and cherish, or write her a thank you note or poem for being such a great Mom!! We will also have a manicure table set up for you to enjoy with her. And to the Moms out there, load up that purse and come play the old school “What’s in Mom’s Purse” game! Prize for the Mom with the most points!

Let’s play Ball! This weekend is all about Baseball! Bring your bats and gloves and join us at the baseball field for a fun game of baseball. All ages are welcome.

We appreciate our Teachers and congratulate all graduates! You have both worked hard this year! You’ve earned a nice relaxing weekend of camping and treating yourself to some fun arts and crafts!

Summer has finally arrived! Wear your RED, WHITE, and BLUE! Enter our popsicle licking contest and decorate your golf cart or bicycle for our Memorial Day Parade! Prizes for best decorated golf cart and bicycle and contest winners! You may bring candy and small toys to throw in the parade!

A farm is not complete without farm animals, so come join us at our Petting Zoo! But, before that come by the Activities Center to see if you have what it takes to be our next sunflower seed spitting Champion! Prize for the winner!

Dad’s are cool! Lets show him in the Activities Center with coffee and cookies! Write him a thank you note or poem for being such a great Dad, or make him a free craft to hold on to. Make sure you come in your best dad outfit too, for a chance at the prize for best dad costume! And later bring dad back by the Activities Center for a shaving cream make over!

This weekend is all about celebrating our four legged friends! Dress up your dog and join us for Marvel's annual Dog Show! Categories include best of show for small, medium, and large dog breeds. Prizes for the winning dog in each category.

It’s time for a LuAu, Marval style! Bring those grass shirts and Hawaiian shirts and enter our Hawaiian costume contest. Show us your hula and limbo skills at our hula hoop contest and game of limbo! Prizes for winners.

Show your patriotism by wearing your RED, WHITE, and BLUE! Decorate your golf cart or bicycle and join us in our Independence Day Parade! Prizes for best decorated golf cart and bicycle. You may also bring candy and small toys to throw in the parade! Please note fireworks are prohibited in the park.

There is chocolate everywhere! Join us for a wild and crazy slip and slide covered in chocolate! Come by the Activities Center to guess how many chocolate candies are in the jar, closest without going over wins a prize! Then, get creative and paint a masterpiece with none other than chocolate! And of course a Chocolate pudding cup eating contest is a must!

It’s the largest water fight around! Bring your water guns, water hoses, buckets, super soakers, whatever else you can think of, and prepare to get wet! If you are participating you must be wearing RED! Red souvenir bandanas can be purchased at The General Store or in the Activity Center. Plan your strategy or go rogue, ANYONE wearing RED is fair game! Let the wars begin!! ABSOLUTELY NO WATER BALLOONS ALLOWED DURING WATER WARS!!

We’re continuing the water war, but we’re also going to learn some fire safety with our local firefighters and take a tour of a firetruck! After the fire safety, let the war begin!! Get your ducks in a row and join us for our 19th Annual Duck Race! Purchase your duck(s) in the Activity Center before 11am. CASH prize will be given to our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners! The Race will take place in the river

Get your groove on! Come to the Activity Center dressed in your best 70’s/hippy costume and enter the costume contest! The winner earns a prize! We offer a Tie Dye station in activities as well! $20 for a Marval Logo T-shirt, $15 if you bring your own.

Summer is ending, but the new school year is just beginning! Enjoy a relaxing weekend by the river before all the hustle and bustle begins! Make a free craft in the Activity Center.

Get your scavenger list at the Activities Center and gather all that you can find on your list as fast as you can! Most items found in the shortest amount of time wins a prize. Let the hunting begin!

Taste test all the chili entered, and put your vote in for your favorite. The Chili with the most votes wins the prize and is named Maval’s Chili master!
